3.1 Age Requirement

The Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration. v87 enforces a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. v87 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to immediately suspend any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

3.2 Registration Requirements

To register an account with v87, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid email address.
• Not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of v87 or any of its affiliated entities.
• Not have a previously closed, suspended, or self-excluded account with v87.
• Hold only one active account on the Platform at any time.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to maintain one Account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending winings, and potential reporting to relevant authorities. This restriction applies per individual person, household, IP address, device, and payment method.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. v87 strongly recommends the use of a strong, unique password and advises enabling any available two-factor authentication measures.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify v87 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). v87 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of your failure to maintain adequate account security.

4.2 Account Information Accuracy

You must ensure that all information associated with your Account remains accurate and up to date at all times. Any changes to your personal details, including your name, address, or payment method information, must be notified to v87 promptly. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

4.3 KYC Verification

v87 operates a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to verify the identity of all Players prior to the processing of withdrawals or at any point during the operation of the Account. Players will be required to provide the following documentation upon request:

• A valid Malaysian government-issued identity document (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence)

5.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit isYR 50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• v87 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
• All deposits are subject to anti-fraud screening and may be held pending review where v87 has reasonable grounds for concern.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts held in your own name and must match the payment method used for deposits where technically feasible.
• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before Real Money funds associated with active bonus play become withdrawable.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are awarded at v87's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time prior to claim.
• Each promotion may specify its own minimum deposit, wagering requirement, maximum bet restriction, game contribution rates, expiry period, and maximum cash-out limit. All such conditions must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winings become withdrawable.
• Maximum bet per spin or hand while an active bonus is in use is typically capped at MYR 250–MYR 500 as specified in the individual promotion's terms. Exceeding this cap may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

• Coluding with other players or using any automated system, bot, software exploit, or artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward v87 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, systems, or security measures.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or operating the Account as an agent, operator, or intermediary.

All content on the v87 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software code, user interfaces, trademarks, trade names, and service marks (collectively, "Platform Content"), is the exclusive property of v87 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the Platform Content may be reproduced, modified, distributed, displayed, transmitted, published, licensed, reverse-engineered, or otherwise exploited for commercial or non-commercial purposes without the prior written consent of v87. Any unauthorised use of Platform Content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.

The v87 name, logo, and all associated brand assets are registered or unregistered trademarks of v87. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any of v87's trademarks or intellectual property.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, v87, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliated entities shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability asserted.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, v87 does not accept liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Financial losses arising from your participation in any game or betting activity on the Platform.
• Platform unavailability, interruption, or technical errors beyond v87's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment service providers, game studios, or technology partners.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, v87's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification and the absence of any active bonus wagering obligations.

13.2 Termination or Suspension by v87

v87 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account in any of the following circumstances:
